Working together
Clear expectations from the start.
Consulting scope, payment, scheduling, project ownership, and how engagements work.
Scope and agreement
The website describes consulting and coaching services, session fees, and starting package fees in USD. A written engagement agreement or accepted offer confirms the actual scope, deliverables, schedule, payment terms, and responsibilities before paid work begins.
Fees and changes
The Clarity Session is a 60-minute advisory session. Project fees cover the listed scope and agreed deliverables. Additional development, integrations, subscriptions, travel, or support require a separate estimate or agreed scope change.
Scheduling, cancellation, and refunds
Availability is confirmed directly. Your accepted offer states the rescheduling, cancellation, refund, and any expiration terms that apply. Ask Michael about these before purchasing if they are unclear.
Ownership and handoff
For development work, the agreement identifies ownership of code and deliverables, third-party licenses, account access, handoff, and maintenance responsibilities. Consulting does not transfer ownership of your business.
Professional responsibilities
Consulting supports business and product decisions. It is not therapy, legal representation, tax advice, or a guarantee of revenue, funding, compliance, or expansion results. You remain responsible for decisions in your organization and for obtaining specialized professional advice when needed.
Running and student-athlete coaching
Running coaching provides training education and support, not medical diagnosis, rehabilitation, or a guaranteed performance result. College coaching is decision support and recruiting preparation, not admissions representation, eligibility certification, or a guarantee of admission, aid, or a roster place. For minors, a parent/guardian coordinates enrollment and payment; participation, communication, and consent are confirmed before coaching begins.
Recruiting strategy and conflicts
College program consulting does not include athlete representation or contacting recruits on a program’s behalf. Institutional staff and compliance offices approve implementation. Private family information is not shared with programs as a prospect list. Potential conflicts between family and program work must be disclosed and resolved before accepting an engagement; Michael will not privately represent both sides of the same recruiting decision.
