I don’t see a business, a workflow, and an app as separate problems.
A promising idea needs more than a plan. It needs decisions, relationships, systems, and someone who can keep the whole effort moving in the same direction.
I conceived and orchestrated Plot Twist HQ, bringing together its business vision, product direction, operating workflows, and AI-assisted development. The platform is a concrete expression of how I work: see the connections, make the complex workable, and bring the pieces to life.
I also spent seven years as a Division II head coach for men’s and women’s cross country and track & field. My coaching record includes 30+ All-Americans, 140 All-Conference athletes, and nine Conference Athletes of the Year.
That experience informs my running coaching, student-athlete college guidance, and recruiting consulting for collegiate coaches.
My business consulting brings that same approach to private practices, service businesses, and nonprofits. Sometimes the right next step is a clearer offer. Sometimes it is a new delivery model, a better process, or a piece of software. The goal comes first.
