How Michael V. Mendez Consulting handles website inquiries and payment information.
How it is used
Michael and the authorized Plot Twist Co. team use your inquiry to respond, assess fit, coordinate a proposal, and administer the consulting relationship through Plot Twist HQ. An inquiry is not consent to a marketing mailing list.
Young people and student information
This public inquiry form is for adults. A parent or guardian should inquire for a minor using their own contact details. Please do not submit a child’s name, birth date, school records, health information, or private prospect lists. If records are needed for an agreed engagement, access and an appropriate sharing method are arranged separately with the relevant authorization.
Payments and service providers
Payment details are handled in the Stripe payment flow. The site uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam; technical request data may be processed for security and delivery. Service providers support hosting, communication, and administration.
Access and questions
To ask about your information or request a correction or deletion, contact michael@plottwistco.com. Information needed for an active engagement, accounting, or other applicable obligations may need to be retained.
