How do you find the right prospects—and turn research into a repeatable process?

I understand recruiting from the perspective of someone who spent seven years leading a Division II program. We look at what your team needs, where to look for talent, how to assess fit, and how to keep promising conversations from getting lost. The work can include recruiting-market research methods, a staff workflow, and an organized way to use the information you are authorized to hold. Your institution retains its recruiting decisions and compliance responsibilities.

What we work toward

  • A prospect profile connected to roster needs and program identity
  • A research strategy across public results, meets, clubs, and coach relationships
  • A consistent evaluation rubric and prioritized prospect workflow
  • Clearer outreach, follow-up, staff responsibilities, and progress measures

Find talent. Build a system around the search.

We can map relevant meets and public results, identify relationship-building channels, define evaluation criteria, and organize your authorized prospect information into a useful staff workflow. Custom dashboards or AI-assisted workflow tools can be scoped separately.

Your program. Your compliance process.

Your staff and compliance office approve recruiting calendars, contact practices, data use, and implementation. This service does not contact athletes on your behalf, certify eligibility, represent recruits, or promise commitments.

Program consulting and family coaching are separate engagements. I do not use private family information as a recruiting list or privately represent both sides of the same recruiting decision. Any potential conflict is discussed before an engagement.
